For in-person meetings, I’ll usually introduce myself as just “Tom”. Being able to specify a “clean” name adds to the professionalism of a meeting. Sometimes when users are added to an external tenant only the email address is used, or the surname and forename are mixed up. Often, if I’m joining a meeting hosted by another company, I like to add my company name in parenthesis to make it clear where I’m from.
